Adds a level edit page to the beta website, which allows users to do the same things as the one on the old website. Publishers and curators may edit the title, icon and description, curators may team pick the level aswell as enter reupload info and adjust the level's game version. Publishers and moderators may also delete the level, where pressing the button will make a confirmation dialogue appear where i couldn't find out how to remove the margin to the right.
Simply team picking a level without editing any actual level info will make the website not send a level edit request, and an edit request will only be sent to the admin endpoint instead of the normal one if any curator settings were changed or the level edited is not the curator's own level.
The dropdown menu I made for the level header buttons is now finally refactored into an independent component so it could be used for the game selection dropdown here. Buttons can now properly be textless (their icon would be centered if they have no text now), and textboxes and textareas now have a (relatively long by default) input limit, which can be varied and shown if wanted.
