…correctly clobbers the modt updates like it's supposed to. Current TMR wabbajack won't account for this due to the version of PRP that ships with it currently.)

…correctly clobbers the modt updates like it's supposed to in it's updated record fixes. Current TMR wabbajack won't account for this due to the version of PRP that ships with it currently, as the MODT file in 80.2/80.3 depends on CFM which was fixed in 81.2.)
