Description

Fixed the issue where the graph was not rendering and displayed "No data available" for all filters in the development environment.

This frontend PR is related to the #2151 backend PR.

How to test:

  1. Check into the current branch
  2. Do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
  3. Clear site data/cache
  4. log as admin user
  5. Go to: http://localhost:5173/job-analytics-competitive-roles
  6. Verify that the graph renders correctly (previously, it showed "No data available").
  7. Please check the test video for reference.
