(P)(PRIORITY High) Bhanu Anish: Phase 6 - Kitchen Inventory Management - Create the seed inventory section of the garden management page.

Main changes explained:

• Seed Inventory tab displaying seed collections from the garden
• Each seed entry shows: seed name, collected date, quantity, and percentage viable
• Seed varieties include: Tomato Seeds (Heirloom), Carrot Seeds, Lettuce Seeds, Basil Seeds
• Viable/nonviable count displayed for each seed type
• "+ Add Seeds" button to add new seed entries
• Seed Varieties count displayed in the dashboard metric card above the nav bar
• Full dark mode support
• Responsive design for laptop and tablet
• CSS modules for scoped styling
• Earth-tone color palette matching One Community branding

How to test:

1. Check into current branch
2. Do npm install and npm start to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. Log as admin user
5. Navigate to /kitchenandinventory/gardenmanagement
6. Click Seed Inventory tab
7. Verify seed list displays with name, collected date, quantity, and viability %
8. Verify Seed Varieties metric card shows correct count
9. Toggle dark mode — verify readability
10. Resize browser to tablet width — verify responsive layout

Note:

Frontend implementation with mock data. Backend integration will follow in a separate PR.
