• Split Location/Timezone into two separate fields
• Added dropdown to select timezone

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to dashboard→ https://localhost:5173/job-application
6. Try Submitting the application without filling any fields
7. Check if error message is displayed
8. Try with various combinations to check if the validations meet the conditions.
