This frontend PR is related to the latest development backend branch.

Main changes explained:

• The pages will be accessible now
• The functionality will work as it as shown in the PR Nikita create components for input methods for forms #2853, go check the videos in the PR.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to "http://localhost:5173/form" to test the question maker components
6. go to "http://localhost:5173/formviewer" to test the question maker components
7. verify that all requirements are implemented
