Reorganize sections under 2.5.1 for the OpenCHAMI Tutorial

Description

This PR reorganizes section 2.5.1 by moving sections 2.5.1.a and 2.5.1.b to a collection of tabs. This change is being made based on the feedback from HPC Asia 2026 where some of the participate mistakenly completed both sections instead of just one. This should clarify how this section should be completed with the new structure.
