Introduces server configuration XML files for Hytale on Linux (32/64-bit) and Windows (32/64-bit). These configs define server parameters, CLI templates, backup options, and memory settings to support Hytale server management.
Updates Hytale server configs to dynamically link the latest log file as logs/latest.log for both Linux and Windows, improving log access. Adds replace_texts entries for editing server name and max players in config.json. Updates cli_template and console_log fields accordingly.
