Motion/election: required majority

Mock-ups for a finished poll:

• "Required votes' Below valid votes
• the number should be calculated from the client and then below the number from valid votes
• the number should be a rounded up whole number
• If you look at the poll detail there should be required majorities if a majoprity otehr than none is selected ^2

The blue "two-third icon" should not be there!
That is a remnant from an old proposal

At the moment, if the pollmethod No per candidate is selected and absolute or two-third majority is selected, always a red X is displayed. There are not enough yes votes for an other display.

Add some mat-hints to the required majority field to display a help for the selection. This is the possible way to add some
form of help text to this field.

• The calculation for the two-third majority is wrong. See the example in the image. Two-third of 9 are 6 not 7. Therefor the correct value for two-third majority should be 6.

• Adding analog results in a yes/no/abstain per list election didn't work correct. If a user enters a value for Valid Votes, the value will be erased if the users changes the required majority. --> The added value in Valid Votes should stay.
