We no longer include keybinds in the profiles we ship with the software, so remove the profile pages. Also: * Add missing keybind for setting delta time to realtime * Remove no longer existing keybind for toggling master rendering * Add new keybind for toggling idle behavior * Rename Base shortcuts to system shortcuts, to reduce confusion with base_keybinds.asset
