This PR treats argmin/argmax as reduction ops so they can participate in the existing fused_reduce pipeline and gain GPU JIT + fusion support.
Changes:
- Mark
argmin/argmaxoperators as reductions and extend fusion/reshape passes to recognize them as reduce-like ops. - Add GPU lowering/JIT plumbing to implement
argmin/argmaxvia a tuple-based reduction (value + index), with vectorization disabled for these cases. - Add targeted fusion and GPU prepare_reduce tests, plus a changelog entry.

Dont copy the ops here. Just use make_op to construct the op.

I can't seem to do that because of how they're serialized. I changed the tests to not compare the modules directly; lmk if that works

I would prefer the expected module in the tests instead of property testing. Are you saying equality is broken on the module? That seems problematic.

I would prefer them in the .cpp file as the everything should just use make_op. What is the serialization issue? Is the operators not registered yet?

the serialization issue was from me making local versions of the ops in the test file. I was having issues using make_op that led me to doing that. I have moved the structs back to the cpp, and I have added a default op for all three of them, and now I can use make_op just fine

We should vectorize with argmin and argmax. A simple solution is to use use vec_transform to handle the vectorized types.

are you envisioning the vectorized ops returning tuples of vectors, or vectors of tuples?

Well we cant do a vector of tuples, as only primitive types can be used as vector types.
I think we are going to need a special vec_transform_tuple function. Let me think about this more.

Motivation
In an effort to add JIT kernels for all ops with missing implementations, I have added JIT support for argmin and argmax. For these ops specifically, they can be written as reduction ops and then benefit from the fusion infrastructure that already exists.
Technical Details
I have marked both ops as reductions, and changed the entire pipeline to be able to handle the ops as well.
