parse_args recently entered Debian. Since the repository has no official releases in order to generate a release I created a name on the base of the latest tag and adding the date and commit hash. Having an official release with a terser name would be helpful though |

Actually the error message in validate-2.2 message has no "" with the purpose of representing an empty string. It just states that
Validation failed for "-rating": can't use empty string as operand of "+"
