Standalone tool to regenerate SSX Tricky's Ltg Level Files. It requires an already made PBD File and LTG file to regenerate from.
While the program is desiged to work in a form it will also work with windows arguments. The main start Arguments are as follows
"PBD Input" "LTG Input/Output"

all - Ignore Showoff/Race Only Instance
nc - No Comformation Window
