Added lab-management page as temp placeholder for all the non-glider/piloting related things that were in the glider lab section. Combined Glider-Lab section into one page and removed pilot-tools page. Added a page for glider-mooring-database
Record onboarding/oritentation information for new lab members (not paperwork or HR stuff). work in progress

Hey @acossio @Kourtney-Burger are y'all still looking to merge in this PR? I'll be looking to make various data mgmt/processing updates to the website to, and so wanted to check in to try avoid any potential branch merge conflicts. |

Lots of updates and additions. Most notably, I removed the two pages in the glider lab section, combined them into one page, and moved some unrelated things elsewhere.
I have a few more things I want to work on and there's some temporary placeholders but I think this is a good stopping point for now. I will add more in the next couple of weeks.
I was also having issues rendering this locally so there might be some things that need to be updated again once I see the rendered and published website.
