The TAG assignment line has broken shell quoting (nested double-quotes), which will cause a syntax error and fail the job. Use single quotes for the Node expression or avoid quoting the command substitution (e.g., set TAG using node -p with single-quoted JS).

This job uses node to read package.json but does not set up Node (unlike other jobs in this workflow). To make the workflow deterministic across runner image changes, add an actions/setup-node step (or switch to a tool like jq that’s already available).
