Bold redesign: full dark theme, bento grid, visual hierarchy

A bolder take on the site design. Full dark theme, modern layout patterns, better visual hierarchy.

Key changes:

• Full dark theme — Slate-950 throughout, no more jarring white/dark alternations
• Dot grid hero background with subtle green glow behind the logo
• Stats row — "16k+ GitHub stars", "2014 Founded", "500k+ Downloads" right in the hero
• Bento grid projects — ActivityWatch and gptme get large featured cards, Thankful and uniswap-python are compact secondary cards. Thankful visually de-emphasized with reduced opacity
• Pill-style tags on project cards instead of a row of similar-looking buttons
• Gradient text for "free and open-source" accent
• Card-shine CSS effect on hover for project cards
• Compact past members — circular avatar grid instead of full cards
• About section merged into the flow as a simple text block, not a standalone section
• Timeline with tiered highlighting — key moments (founding, gptme, Bob) in green, others muted
• Footer with social links mirroring the navbar
• Streamlined navbar — border-bottom instead of full background block
