The feat: intelligence v0.4.0 commit omitted updating the version constant. Now aligns cmd/brain/main.go with the release. Both synapses and synapses-intelligence are now at v0.4.0 per the pre-1.0 versioning policy. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
