I haven't checked that emdashes are used where they should be because emdashes and single dashes are indistinguishable in the fixed-width font my emacs uses.
I changed an occurrence of "internet" to "Internet" as that's the more prevalent capitalization in the chapter. Bruce confirmed that capitalized is the house style for this word.
There are a couple sentences that end with a phrase in quotation marks but the ending period for the sentence falls outside the final quotation marks. I believe such instances should be ." and not ".
