Make gitdiff2docx installable as a package with gdd command

The tool required running python diff_tool.py from the repository directory. This PR makes it installable as a standard Python package accessible via the gdd command from anywhere.

Changes

Package Structure

• Created gitdiff2docx/ package with __init__.py, __main__.py, and main.py
• Wrapped script logic in main() function, converting exit() to return statements
• Added __init__.py to lang/ and schemas/ subdirectories for proper package inclusion

Installation Configuration

• Added setup.py with entry point: gdd=gitdiff2docx.main:main
• Added pyproject.toml for modern Python packaging standards
• Added MANIFEST.in to include data files (config.json, lang/.json, schemas/.json)

Cross-Platform Fixes

• Replaced Windows-only os.startfile() with platform-specific handlers (macOS: open, Linux: xdg-open)
• Fixed default output path to use os.getcwd() instead of package installation directory

# Install
pip install .

# Use from anywhere
gdd

# Or as a module
python -m gitdiff2docx

The original python diff_tool.py workflow remains functional for users running from source.
