runningapt upgrade is currently broken with:
*** microsoft-prod.gpg (Y/I/N/O/D/Z) [default=N] ? dpkg: error processing package packages-microsoft-prod (--configure): end of file on stdin at conffile prompt

  • make sure sqlserver image builds
