Our style guide is of the opinion that we should use <answer>, not <solution>, and format them in a particular way.

Thanks -- I think the more semantic style would be to put letter/answer in "answer", and the rationale in a "solution". Mitch suggests this here: https://rellek.net/ptx/cheatsheet/s-exercises.html But I don't think this is a critical change to make and it's more important to have internal consistency.

I added some solutions and cleaned up (IMO) the final task of this EV4 activity.
