fix(telegram): silently dismiss approval messages after approve#50

In compact mode, approving a tool call now deletes the approval prompt instead of replacing it with the full summary (which included raw JSON args and produced giant unreadable messages). Debug mode is unchanged. Deny/error/timeout callbacks still edit the message in-place. https://claude.ai/code/session_01UMUCjXAf4zdh1e12YKKgT9
