Thanks to @LeeJaKang, two asap7 libraries have been re-characterized for correct PVT values:
CCS/asap7sc7p5t_SIMPLE_RVT_FF_ccs_250407.lib.gz
NLDM/asap7sc7p5t_SIMPLE_RVT_FF_nldm_250407.lib.gz
These two libraries have process=1, voltage-=0.77v, temperature=0 celsius like the rest of the FF libraries:
INVBUF_FF,
AO_RVT_FF,
OA_RVT_FF,
SEQ_RVT_FF.
The library changes led to better setup TNS and setup WNS for two designs:
asap7 / aes-block
asap7 / ehtmac
