Description

This PR adds a simple, beginner-friendly Python utility to process student results.

What it does

  • Separates passed and failed students
  • Identifies top performers (90+ marks)
  • Displays summary statistics

Notes

  • Added under the other/ directory
  • Follows repository contribution guidelines
  • No existing files were modified
