Adds None Selected as a selectable item in Ped Collections to allow removal of selected items from Ped Collections menu instead of having to go out and enter Ped Customization to remove the item you selected in Ped Collections. This is done to prevent unnecessary going out and into a new menu space to remove an item you added to your character from Ped Collections making it more convenient to browse and select/un-select items from Ped Collections.
