feat: add activation shape printing + tensor size plotting utilities

  • Added print_all_shapes.py to inspect all cached activation tensor shapes
  • Added plot_activation_sizes.py to visualize tensor sizes as a bar chart
  • Used hasattr + typing.cast to avoid Pylance type warnings
  • Improved developer experience by providing clear debugging and visualization tools

Hi @RajdeepGupta07!

Could you please provide some more context on what it is your, and organize your code into the relevant locations within the project? Typically, we'd like contributions to be formatted into functions so that the variable aspects of your code can be reused by other developers without having to modify your source code.

Additionally, please make sure your contribution is passing the CI!
