  • Migrate PR workflow to centralized frontend-pr-workflow.yml@v1
  • Replace 3 custom parallel jobs (build-lint-test, functional, deploy_preview) with single centralized call
  • Build, lint, unit tests, SonarCloud, Cypress functional, deploy preview all handled by centralized workflow
  • Release and deploy-aws workflows unchanged
