- Add load_data_to_bq.py script to load MTA data into BigQuery
- Modify utils.py to read data from BigQuery using service account
- Add pandas-gbq, google-cloud-bigquery, db-dtypes to requirements
- Add .streamlit/secrets.toml to .gitignore
- Fix plotly holiday vline compatibility with BigQuery date types
