Fix README.md typos and inconsistent AgentScope links

This PR fixes the following issues in README.md:

1. Fixed typo: 'prodivdes' -> 'provides'
2. Fixed typo: 'Collecte Data' -> 'Collect Data'
3. Unified AgentScope repository link to use https://github.com/agentscope-ai/agentscope consistently

The modelscope/agentscope repository redirects to agentscope-ai/agentscope, so using the correct URL directly improves clarity.
