feat(i18n): Add Turkish translations (excluding blog posts) - Added `content.tr` directory under the `docs` folder for Turkish documentation. - Integrated Turkish (`tr`) language support into the i18n configuration. - Updated layout to support Turkish-specific changes in the "edit this page" section. - Moved "Contribute" links in the footer (from edit-this-page) into the i18n system for proper localization. Note: This translation effort does **not** include blog posts.
