[feat] add monitoring template for the LM Studio platform

What's changed?

• Add monitoring support for LM Studio LLM runtime platform.
• Introduce a new LM Studio monitor type to collect runtime metrics via LM Studio API.
• Add the corresponding monitoring template and documentation.

This allows users to monitor local or remote LM Studio LLM services directly in HertzBeat.
