Updates critical dependencies to address security vulnerabilities reported by GitHub Dependabot: - golang.org/x/crypto: v0.23.0 → v0.42.0 - golang.org/x/net: v0.25.0 → v0.44.0 - golang.org/x/sys: v0.20.0 → v0.36.0 - golang.org/x/text: v0.15.0 → v0.29.0 - golang.org/x/sync: v0.7.0 → v0.17.0 - github.com/docker/docker: v26.1.1 → v27.4.1 - github.com/docker/cli: v26.1.1 → v27.4.1 - github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go: v1.52.2 → v1.55.8 Also updates Go version to 1.25.0 to support the latest versions of golang.org/x packages which require newer Go versions.
