When running the application for the first time, Windows SmartScreen may display a warning:
"Windows protected your PC"
"Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting"
This is normal behavior for unsigned applications downloaded from the internet. To proceed safely:
- Click "More info" (the link in the warning dialog)
- Click "Run anyway" button
- Right-click
MouseJiggly.exe - Select "Properties"
- At the bottom of the "General" tab, check the box "Unblock"
- Click "Apply" then "OK"
- Run the application normally
Why this happens:
- Mouse Jiggly is not code-signed with a Microsoft Authenticode certificate
- Code signing certificates cost $300-500/year for individual developers
- This is a standard Windows security measure for downloaded executables

MouseJiggly.exe - Choose your mode:
- Standard Mode: Check the "Jiggle?" checkbox
- Zen Mode: Check the "Zen Mode?" checkbox
- Set your interval: Drag the slider to your preferred jiggle frequency (1-99 seconds)
- Verify status: The status box at the bottom will show active mode and interval
Example Status Messages:
Status: Standard jiggle active (every 4s)
Status: Zen mode active (every 10s)

Simply uncheck the active mode checkbox. The status will change to "Inactive".
Important: Standard Mode and Zen Mode are mutually exclusive.

You can adjust the interval slider at any time:
- Changes take effect on the next jiggle cycle
- No need to stop and restart
- Status updates immediately
- Minimize: Window minimizes to taskbar, jiggle continues running

- Close: Click X or Alt+F4 to stop and exit cleanly
