- 从工作流中移除 push 触发器，仅保留 pull_request 触发
- 新增 Fabric 1.20.1 的完整构建流程，包含依赖项安装、编译和产物上传步骤
- 配置 Java 25 环境和 Gradle 构建脚本执行权限
- 为 Fabric 1.20.1 版本添加制品上传功能，便于后续测试和部署
