Summary
Add the first phase-2 macOS desktop surface slice across 22 files.
This adds helper-backed snapshot surfaces for
frontmost-app,desktop, andmenubar, routes macOS snapshot/wait/session flows through the helper-aware path, adds a GitHub Actions macOS integration workflow, and rewrites the macOS skill/docs guidance around inspect-vs-act usage.Follow-up tracked in #257 for snapshot routing consistency and safe interaction gating on helper-owned desktop surfaces.
