Add new provider for Deno Deploy Sandboxes using the @deno/sandbox SDK via a Deno runtime bridge. Deno Sandboxes provides secure, isolated Firecracker microVMs for code execution. Features: - Full SandboxProvider implementation with all required methods - Create/destroy sandbox lifecycle management - Command execution with environment variable support - File upload/download via base64 encoding - Label-based sandbox reuse - Auto-configuration when DENO_DEPLOY_TOKEN is set Requirements: - Deno runtime installed (brew install deno) - DENO_DEPLOY_TOKEN environment variable - Sandbox API access (currently in private alpha - email deploy@deno.com) Note: Provider implementation is complete but requires Deno Deploy Sandbox API access to test end-to-end.
