Move auto-healing example into auto-scaling template#12

The auto-healing documentation has been integrated into the main auto-scaling documentation as an additional section. The auto-scaling example template now has an option to enable auto-healing by setting `autoscaling_autohealing_enable` to `true`. Remove the old auto-healing example template.
