BaseURL with serviceLocation, MPD ContentSteering element, and ContentSteeringOptions (SteeringURI, DefaultServiceLocation, SteeringBaseURLs, optional boolean attrs). ReadFromStringWithOptions enables parsing; BaseURL slices use BaseURLValue throughout. Made-with: Cursor
