This changeset updates the test suite to support reactphp/http
v1.10.0. This new version of the ReactPHP HTTP component introduces its own PSR-7 implementation and removes the dependency for RingCentral (see reactphp/http#522 for reference). This means we don't have to rely on the RingCentral dependency here as well, and instead can use ReactPHP's new PSR-7 implementation.Builds on top of #76 and others
