After the delays(ss), the README translation to Traditional Chinese (Chinese characters mainly used in Hong Kong and Taiwan area) has been completed. Please help to merge them into your great work.
As of the Simplified Chinese mainly used in P.R.C, they will have their own characters set and their vocabulary, and someone would doing a better job than me 😅
