EUROP is a fully reserved euro stablecoin issued by Schuman Financial ([schuman.io](schuman.io)), an EMI regulated by the French ACPR under MiCA. Euro stablecoin pairs are underserved on decentralized venues. Listing EUROP positions CoW Swap early as MiCA drives euro on-chain volume.
