Perhaps we should phrase it that we will ALWAYS upgrade to the newest view version, if no custom CSS. and then define "latest" as 2025-04-01 currently.

Also added the new post about upcoming viewversion change, in order to test that the feed updates. I subscribed via feedrabbit.com, and got a notification
We can definitely also look into other changelog systems, but I think RSS + pointing users to a service to subscribe to it is fine for now.
