Overview
Updates all example projects and the example-install-only CI workflow to use cypress@15.12.0 (including refreshed npm/pnpm/yarn lockfiles).

In examples/webpack, applies an npm audit fix that upgrades security-related transitive deps (e.g. ajv, terser-webpack-plugin) and drops serialize-javascript/randombytes from the lockfile where no longer needed.
