Fixed avatar rendering on WebGL client, this included changing slightly how wearables textures are stored (as WebGL needs specific format for their textures and cant handle gracefully wrong texture compression format), as well as changes to the shaders used, and in the ABConverter, changed settings to make it compatible.
For postprocessing, added back the removed shaders, fixed one of the render features scripts used for highlighting (which for now is copied locally but will need to go into the package) and added back all remaining Render Features.
