Handwritten `dedalus ssh <workspace_id>` command that generates an
ephemeral ed25519 keypair, creates an API-backed SSH session, polls
until ready, writes the certificate and host CA trust material to
temp files, and execs the system ssh binary.

If you instead want to use the version number 0.1.0 generated from conventional commits, just remove the label autorelease: custom version from this Pull Request.
