Add AVKit bindings for AVLegibleMediaOptionsMenuController
52911d8 
Bind AVLegibleMediaOptionsMenuController and related types for iOS 26.4,
macOS 26.4, and Mac Catalyst 26.4 (NoTV).

New types:
- AVLegibleMediaOptionsMenuContents enum (Flags)
- AVLegibleMediaOptionsMenuStateChangeReason enum
- AVLegibleMediaOptionsMenuState struct
- AVLegibleMediaOptionsMenuController class
- AVLegibleMediaOptionsMenuControllerDelegate protocol
