This PR updates the project to latest Phoenix (v1.8.5)

  • delete old project files
  • re-create project

Note: Applied T2h to this PR (and corresponding issue) because that's how I long I expect it to take.
But in no way do I have a T2h block of uninterrupted time for this right now ...
Going to chip away at it for the next few days (weeks? 😬 ) until it's done.
