Can we make this use the same pattern that the other ampctl ccmmands use to produce structured output in stdout with an optional --json flag?

This adds the verification CLI as an ampctl subcommand. A good sign of its functionality is that the included test discovered that our prior snapshot for block 15000000 failed verification due to the issue with reth providers.
