This PR adds a beginner vector search tutorial that showcases a minimal hybrid search workflow.
Currently, the tutorial replaces the existing Get started with semantic search tutorial, which we do not want to remove entirely. We need to discuss how existing semantic search tutorials and workflows should be organized and find an appropriate place for this content.
