@erickzhao messaged me that he dropped the trailing .0 due to the broken 41.0.0 release.

We can also just drop both zeros and use that as our format going forward. The .0(.0)? adds no value to the title.

We should just be consistent about it going forward.

Let's also make the slug going forward just electron-41, but leave the slug as-is on this one since we've published it and don't want to break any links in the wild.
